PestBGone is a pest control team operating out of South Buckinghamshire. They deal with all types of pest control from rats to bed bugs to large rodent. They provide their service across South Buckinghamshire for both domestic and commercial clients.
The Challenge
PestBGone and had not been maintaining activity on GMB or social media. We had to change this in order to create a stronger chance of lead generation for PestBGone in the local pest control market. The inactivity meant that the campaign would take 2-3 months to start making an impact.
Our Strategy
To help generate a steady flow of leads in a domestic market, it is important to focus on the Google Business Profile. Obtaining reviews, creating location keyword rich content and social media posts were all a big part of our strategy.

GMB optimisation
First, we altered the GMB description and categories to optimise the profile for ranking for different types of pest control in the local area.

GMB Posting
We stuck to a consistent posting schedule. We used keyword rich content in the captions to help improve PestBGone's rankings.

Social Media Posting
In line with our GMB posts, we posted the same things to Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. This helped with keeping brand consistency.

Monitoring
Now the campaign is in full flow, we monitor and improve where necessary to ensure that the number of consistent phone calls keeps improving.
